Grass Patches refund policy
Because of the nature of our product (i.e. perishable goods), once the grass order had been processed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue a refund for that shipment.
If you have paid for a shipment you no longer wish to receive and that has yet to be shipped, we are happy to try to intercept the shipment (depending on timing) and send your grass to a friend, family member, or anyone else you think might want to give your SweetFuzzies a try!
Other shop items refund policy
You may cancel or return your shop order from the date you place the order until 14 days after receipt of the ordered items.
Sweet Fuzzies guarantees a full refund of the returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means that items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered and that any labels and tags should be intact.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless it’s prepaid by yourselves.
